Publishing a serial means hearing from readers while the story is still taking shape. Give them a choice, read the arguments, and find out what they hope happens next. You decide before chapter one whether their votes will be binding or advisory. The work remains yours.
Your rights
No exclusivity
You keep the rights to your work. Our license to display it is non-exclusive, so you can publish the same story elsewhere too. You can remove it from povesta and export everything you’ve written in open formats at any time.
Your audience
Let readers choose to hear from you
Readers can opt in to future emails from authors and change their minds at any time. We record that choice today, but author emails aren’t available yet. Messages will go through povesta without sharing readers’ addresses with authors; there is no contact list to export.
Your earnings
What you’ll earn. What we’ll charge.
Readers tip in credits; payouts arrive through Stripe. Our share stays within the published 10–15% band, with the exact rate published before paid features launch — the alpha has none yet. No clause stops writers from discussing their earnings.

The editor keeps your draft, autosave status, publish checklist, and poll status close at hand. Automatic “previously on…” recaps can help readers pick up the thread, though a recap may not be available for every chapter.
When you want a second pair of eyes, Structure check reads the draft against the wonder tale’s grammar and flags the promises your story opened and hasn’t paid, each with a location and a concrete fix. The sample checkpoint shows its report; the studio is not switched on in the alpha yet. It never touches your text.

Give readers something to come back for
A new chapter brings the story forward; a vote gives readers something to discuss while they wait. If another path still interests you, you can write it as a side story for the people who wanted to take it. That’s an option, not an obligation. And every fork is an event: a week when your readers argue about your story out loud.
Be clear about AI
We won’t use your writing to train AI. Structure check offers advice without changing your draft. AI-assisted images are labeled. Our policy also calls for authors to disclose AI-assisted or AI-generated prose; those text labels are planned, not available yet.
